Challenge

Infisign wasn’t just another IAM tool—it was a spectacularly better IAM. But that wasn’t coming through.

The biggest hurdle? People didn’t even know they needed to upgrade.

Lack of education around next-gen IAMs: Most prospects were using traditional IAMs and had no idea their current solution was outdated. Static access rules, complex provisioning, and security gaps? They were just seen as “normal” pain points.

Urgency for change: Others weren’t using IAM at all, relying on password managers, spreadsheets, or a mess of disconnected tools—painful, risky, and impossible to scale. We needed to convince them that they needed to move to a better solution now.

Security and compliance concerns: Some visitors were hesitating due to questions about Infisign’s security posture and reliability.

Missed conversion opportunities: No strong secondary CTAs for visitors who weren’t ready to book a demo or trial.

A website that didn’t fight these assumptions: The messaging wasn’t making Infisign’s next-gen approach clear, and it wasn’t giving prospects a compelling reason to switch.

Solution

Stronger differentiation: Clearly highlight Infisign’s unique position as a reusable identity and zero-trust IAM provider.

Make the upgrade undeniable: Clearly position Infisign as the new generation of IAM—explain role-based access, real-time validation, and 100% coverage (no DIY gaps).

Call out the alternatives: Expose the pain of traditional IAMs and DIY setups. Show why Infisign isn’t just an alternative—it’s a leap forward.

Simplified messaging: A conversational tone that avoids jargon and makes the value proposition instantly clear.

Better conversion paths: More secondary CTAs (whitepaper downloads, interactive explainers) for non-demo visitors.

Trust-building content: Address security concerns with detailed compliance information, certifications, and reliability proof.

Infisign is an innovative identity and access management (IAM) platform that transforms digital security. They tackle the limitations of traditional IAM systems with solutions that leverage decentralized identity, password-less authentication, federation, and privileged access management (PAM).

Infisign primarily serves growing SMBs across various industries, including public sector, financial services, healthcare, and technology.

By employing a zero-trust framework, Infisign shifts away from outdated perimeter-based security, ensuring robust authentication and access control at every network level.

Infisign knew their platform was solving a critical problem, but their website wasn’t doing them any favors. It was outdated, difficult to navigate, and lacked a clear, compelling message.

“Our old site didn’t reflect the innovative solutions we bring to the table. It felt generic, didn’t differentiate us from competitors, and wasn’t optimized for search engines or mobile users.”

A top-tier product lost in the noise:

Infisign had built a cutting-edge IAM solution, but their website failed to communicate what made it unique.

Infisign had a cutting-edge IAM solution, but the website didn’t show it.

Unlike rigid legacy IAMs, Infisign is scalable, zero-trust, and built on reusable identity.

  • Leader in reusable identity with an innovation roadmap.
  • Decentralized identity management for stronger security.
  • Simple, transparent pricing—no hidden fees.

But the messaging was vague, content was thin, and visitors couldn’t see why it was better than outdated, siloed systems.

A design that didn’t inspire trust:

“It just didn’t feel professional. The outdated design didn’t match our brand’s expertise or the security-first nature of our product.”

First impressions matter, especially in cybersecurity. An ineffective design made it harder to build credibility and connect with potential customers.

Confusing navigation & poor user experience:

The structure of the site was cluttered, making it difficult for users to find what they needed.

“People would land on the site and not know where to go next. It wasn’t guiding them toward the right solutions.”

Missed opportunities due to weak SEO:

The old site wasn’t optimized for search engines, meaning Infisign was missing out on valuable organic traffic. Without strong SEO, they struggled to reach the right audience at the right time.

Additionally, the underdeveloped content failed to highlight their solutions effectively, making their platform appear less compelling than it truly was.

With the IAM landscape rapidly evolving, Infisign needed a website that didn’t just inform but actively engaged users—one that would clearly articulate their value, build trust, and ultimately drive conversions.

Fixing the website wasn’t just about a new look. Infisign needed a platform that reflected their expertise and converted visitors into customers. Here’s what needed to happen:

Make the positioning crystal clear.

Clearly differentiate Infisign from outdated IAMs and cobbled together solution, highlighting its zero-trust, reusable identity, and AI-powered automation.

Showcase Reusable Identities as the future:

Position Infisign as more scalable and adaptable than legacy IAMs stuck in outdated access models.

Engage both first-time buyers & switchers:

Educate those new to IAM while giving aware audiences a clear reason to replace their legacy solutions.

Modernize the exerience:

A sleek, responsive, and intuitive design that aligns with Infisign’s security-first branding.

Enhance brand recall:

Develop a memorable brand identity that resonates with target audiences.

Optimize for conversions:

We needed a website that didn’t just look good but actually worked—one that educated, engaged, and converted visitors.

By overhauling Infisign’s website, we aimed to create a digital presence that did justice to their groundbreaking IAM solutions—one that built trust, captured attention, and turned visitors into customers.

Research and messaging: Who, what, and why

Our process began with rigorous research, diving deep into every piece of information we could find—sales calls, marketing materials, demo sessions, whitepapers, competitor websites, and more.

Understanding the complexities of Infisign’s identity and access management (IAM) solution was crucial, given the highly technical product and audience.

We also conducted messaging calls to solidify our understanding of Infisign's unique value proposition and differentiated value, and make sure everyone was on the same page.

The exhaustive research helped us understand the positioning and messaging that we needed to engage prospects, and drive conversions.

Tackling the industry standard

The IAM space is noisy. Big names dominate, and it’s easy to get drowned out.

Problem: We needed to educate visitors on the flaws of traditional IAMs and password vaults thoroughly.

Solution: We highlighted the risks of outdated IAM systems—hidden costs, security gaps, operational headaches—before showing the benefits of Infisign as a streamlined, modern alternative.

Our “Why Us” page showed how Infisign’s zero-trust and reusable identity models solve problems competitors ignore.

We also built dedicated competitor comparison pages, not just listing features but showing exactly where others fall short.

Impact: A narrative that doesn’t just explain what Infisign does—it makes it clear why it’s the better choice.

Hesitation handling

Problem: Switching IAM providers isn’t a light decision. Customers worry about learning curves, migration headaches, and unexpected costs. If those fears aren’t addressed, they don’t convert.

What we changed:

A “How It Works” section that stripped away confusion and showed the step-by-step experience.

A free savings analysis in the final CTA—a zero-risk entry point for skeptics.

Impact: Visitors became more informed and confident in Infisign’s value, making it easier for them to choose them over alternatives.

Reaching multiple industries and stakeholders

Problem: Infisign serves different industries and stakeholders—IT leaders, security teams, compliance officers—but speaking to everyone without sounding generic is tricky.

Solution: Instead of creating detailed persona pages, we designed a section that highlights the industries Infisign serves and how different stakeholders like IT leaders and Process Owners.

Impact: A website that didn’t alienate any of the categories Infisign aimed to serve.

Creating the product pages

Problem: We didn’t want the homepage to carry all the weight. While it needed to hook visitors, deeper information belonged elsewhere.

Solution: So, we created a main product page as a high-level entry point and three individual product pages for those who wanted to dive deeper.

  • The main product page gave a clear, benefits-driven overview.
  • Each dedicated page tackled a specific product, breaking down its unique features and advantages.

Design

Infisign's competitors were industry giants with impressive websites. Our mission? Outdo them.

We focused on creating a visually striking, informative design that set Infisign apart, emphasizing its innovative technology while staying polished and user-friendly.

Colors

We extended their existing color palette and introduced a gradient scheme as the primary focus, giving the website a modern, dynamic feel.

Typography

For typography, we chose Cooper BT Medium for the headlines, paired with a clean sans-serif font for the content, creating a balance between boldness and clarity.

Given the complexity of Infisign’s technology, we leaned heavily on visual storytelling. We created detailed product GIFs and screenshots to break down how the platform works, making it easier for prospects to grasp the innovative features without getting lost in technical jargon.

This visual clarity, paired with polished design elements, allowed us to present Infisign as both cutting-edge and user-friendly.

Visual

When an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting,

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages

Development

Infisign was a project with complex animations and moving elements, so we had to rigorously test to optimize load times and ensure smooth performance.

We created a detailed style guide for Infisign, ensuring that future updates could be easily handled by their team.

A CMS was built to make adding new content, including blogs and case studies easy for them.

For animations and interactive elements, we used custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to maintain functionality while keeping load times fast.

Handover went seamlessly, and the Infisign team now manages their site without any issues, ensuring it stays as cutting-edge as their product.
